 Columbia has successfully completed hundreds of environmental projects for over 200 clients in full compliance federal and state regulatory programs, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act(CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Toxic Control Substance Act (TSCA), and the Texas Administrative Code (TAC).
Columbia projects are supported by an experienced and fully trained staff including, project managers, field supervisors, field technicians and support personnel including technical, health and safety as well as administrative support staff. Columbia employees dispatched to environmental projects are certified to have received a minimum of 40 hours of Hazardous Waste Operations training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120. Additional staff training includes, but is not limited to, first aid, hazardous material handling, confined space entry and rescue and Loss Prevention System (LPS) training.
